Bus Shuttle – Terms & Conditions

1) Scope

These terms apply to all purchases and use of the official SunIce Festival Bus Shuttle tickets (Zurich ↔ St. Moritz), operated by NoTomorrow Events AG.

2) SunIce Festival General Terms Apply

In addition to these shuttle terms, the official SunIce Festival Terms & Conditions (NoTomorrow Events AG) apply to every purchase and participant.

3) Ticket Validity

Each shuttle ticket is valid for ONE (1) person and ONE (1) roundtrip on the selected day:

- Friday ticket: outbound Fri 20.03.2026 + return Sat 21.03.2026

- Saturday ticket: outbound Sat 21.03.2026 + return Sun 22.03.2026

The shuttle ticket does NOT include a festival admission ticket.

4) Departure Times & Meeting Points

Departure times and meeting points are shown in the shop and in the confirmation email. Please check your booking details carefully.

Minor schedule or stop adjustments may occur for operational reasons.

5) Boarding & Punctuality

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.

The bus departs on time and will NOT wait for late arrivals.

If you miss the departure, no refund or replacement will be granted.

6) QR Code Ticket

Your ticket is issued as a QR code and must be shown when boarding (digital or printed).

Only one boarding per ticket is permitted.

7) Capacity / Seating

Seats are limited. Seating is first come, first served. No specific seat reservation is guaranteed.

8) Safety & Conduct

Passengers must follow all instructions from staff and the driver. The organizer may refuse transport or remove passengers for safety reasons (e.g., aggressive behavior, severe intoxication, prohibited items). In such cases, no refund will be granted.

9) No Cancellation / Refund

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless required by mandatory law.

10) Liability

Travel is at your own risk. NoTomorrow Events AG is not liable for delays, missed connections, or additional costs resulting from late arrival, traffic, weather conditions, or third-party disruptions, to the extent permitted by law.

11) Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of NoTomorrow Events AG, unless mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules apply.
